Tailgate 2, Saturday the 15th, Carolina BBQ Theme

 ODU vs Campbell Saturday September 15th

 The second Mike Byers(ODU Basketball Great) Green Lot Tailgate Party is set for this Saturday the 15th, gates to the lot open at 5pm. The Monarchs will be playing the Campbell Camels for North Carolina, so in respects for our next victim, we will be honoring them with a good old fashion Carolina BBQ Tailgate.

 Everyone is welcome, please bring beer, as you can never have enough, and your arm ready for 5 sets of corn hole boards running at the same time. As always, beer pong will be featured and the Chuggler is always there!!

Now, lets get that mouth watering for some good old fashion Southern style Carolina BQQ!!!

TAIL GATE 1, SEPTEMBER 1ST

 The first tail gate of the year was a huge success!! There was no less than 120 people with our group, in perfect weather, and 8 tail gate spots.

 The line for the lot formed at 12pm, and the lot opened at 2pm..here is 12:30pm's picture:

 The theme of the day was "Bring Your Best Burger" and many accepted the challenge! Here are some pictures of the Tail gate and the Burgers....enjoy:

Thanks to one of great tail gate owners, he put together a nice picture of everything he and his family were wearing and needing for an official ODU Tail Gate and Game, we need to step our games up now!!

And yes, we do go to the game, and after a shaky start, we pulled away for another victory, and our march to a national championship!!!

This Week's Tailgate!

This week, the first Tailgate Party of 2012, we will have 8 spots, 8 groups of people, and we expect no less than 120 people. There will be Beer Pong, there will be Corn Hole, there will be Burgers and there will be Babes!

The Theme is The Best Burger Ever, bring you best Burger and get it cooked, winner wins the respect of your fellow tailgaters, and we know how much that means!!!

The Green Lot Celebrity Tail Gate

ODU Football is about to open another Winning Season of Football, and your favorite Tail gate has gotten a lot bigger. With over 8 spots linked together by a network of tents, grills, smokers, corn hole boards, beer pong, food and fun, this season will be our biggest yet.

The tail Gate is hosted as always by former ODU Basketball Stars Mike Byers and Mike Williams, and you never know what former other stars will be showing up. So let's get ready for some football and a tail gate to remember!!!

 Tailgates have themes, and this week we are taking back, family reunion, your Grandmother's cooking, Soul Food Style. The Green lot will be alive with the smells of childhood, Sunday Dinner's and the slamming of Corn Hole Bags!!

Green Lot Tailgate Propels ODU to a 41-14 WIN!!!!

 GO BIG BLUE, we are 1-0 after a 41-14 win this weekend, and the fans also got a win. Great weather, sold out stadium and great tailgates.

We are lucky at ODU to have some many different lots and different tailgates, there is something for everyone! The Blue lot was packed tight and busy as usual, while the Silver is always a classy affair, but the Green Lot is where it's at!!

2011 ODU Football Is Here, And So Is The Green Lot!!

 Good afternoon ODU Fans, it's time for football to start up, a 6pm start Saturday the 4th vs Campbell. The Green Lot crew is back for another season of tailgating, beer pong, corn hole, music, food and fun! This year we are going all out and trying to top last years spectacular tail gate parties!

Swing by the Green Lot, come see the crew, check out the food and games and of course a beverage or two! All you have to do is search the net for ODU Football tailgate, and boom, there we are, the best party at Forman Field!!
